HOURS
Pre-School classes (Toddlers, Nursery, Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten Grades): end their day at 1:00 PM
All other grades (1st through 7th): end their day at 1:15PM

DISMISSAL
Pre-school Students (Toddlers, Nursery, Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten) and grades, 1st, 2nd and 3rd must wait in their respective classrooms and must be picked up be the parent;
Students in Grades 4th through 7th must wait in the school lobby (entrance hall) and must be picked up by the parent inside the building. Please be prompt.

SNACKS
Pre-School Students
(Toddlers, Nursery, Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten) should bring a box lunch for their snack time each time each week. Please make sure that your child has a healthy breakfast before coming to school since snack time is not until 11:30 AM. Please do not send hard candy, potato chips, nuts, pop corn, etc., which can be dangerous and messy for your child to eat. Also, please do not send anything containing peanuts as it has become common for many children to have allergies to them. Please try to send juice boxes and not thermoses, which are very difficult for children to manipulate.
All Students
Older students may also bring a snack for their snack time. We also have a snack bar open during school hours for students to purchase a snack or drink at a minimal cost.

Transportation to Khrimian Lyceum
After graduation from the 7th grade students are expected to attend the “Khrimian Lyceum” at Diocese. The Armenian Language Lab and Resource Center at the Diocese has established these valuable courses taught by well-respected experts in their field, which should be seriously considered by every graduate student and their parents. Our school provides transportation to the city on the dates students will have courses at Khrimian Lyceum.
